Shipping
We use a program
to calculate exact shipping costs to save you money. We offer
different shipping methods to suit everybody. Orders will
ship either same day or on the next business day.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over $50 within
the US. Moby Wraps, bumGenius Diaper Sprayers and Prefolds do not
ship free. Layaway orders do not ship free.
Pick-up
Customers in the Montgomery or Conroe
area in Texas may choose to pick up their order to save on shipping.
If you wish to do this please choose free shipping during check-out
and make a note in the comments box.
Layaway
Layaway is
available on purchases $50 or more. Layaway orders do not ship free.
After filling your cart proceed with checkout and enter coupon code
“layaway”, this will update your total to reflect a 25%
deposit. The remainder of your total will be charged in 25% increments to the same
PayPal account every 2 weeks until it is completely paid. Once paid
in full your order will ship. There will be a 10% restocking fees if
you change your mind about an order, the rest will be refunded via
PayPal.
Insurance
We are not
responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If you purchase
insurance for your package and it has not been delivered within 30
days of the shipping date, Nature Nurture will reship new product at
no additional charge. We ship all packages with delivery
confirmation; if a package is scanned as "delivered", the package is
not replaceable.
You may purchase
shipping insurance for your order under Shipping Add-ons.
Returns
Nature Nurture
will gladly refund your money less a 10% restocking fee for unwashed,
undamaged products in resaleable condition within 30 days of
purchase. Washed, used and clearance items are non-returnable.
Packages must be returned complete, including free items. If you need
to return something please contact us before doing so. Unless we made
a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange
shipping charges.
Exchanges
Nature Nurture
will exchange unwashed products for similar products without a
restocking free as long as no refund is necessary. You are
responsible for exchange shipping costs unless we made a mistake with
your order. If you need to send something back for exchanging please
contact us before doing so.
Defective Merchandise
Defective products
are usually exchanged or repaired by the product manufacturer. You
may either contact the manufacturer directly or contact Nature
Nurture about an exchange or repair. Defective products must be
clean, stain-free and dry before you ship it.
We, nor our
manufacturers, are responsible for damage to an item caused by
improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear"
of the product materials. If you need guidance on how to properly
care for your diapers and accessories please do not hesitate to ask.
